The AI Offline Image application incorporates third-party open-source software and pre-trained model weights. This notice is provided in compliance with the applicable open-source license terms. Each component is identified below with its copyright holder, applicable license, and a reference to the full license text. Use of these components within the App does not constitute an endorsement by, or affiliation with, the respective rights holders.
All model inference is executed locally on the user's device. No user data, prompts, or generated outputs are transmitted to the original model authors, their affiliated organisations, or any third-party platform.
1. Stable Diffusion
Stable Diffusion is a latent text-to-image diffusion model developed by Stability AI Ltd. in collaboration with CompVis Group (Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich) and LAION e.V. The App incorporates Stable Diffusion model weights solely for on-device image generation. No modification to the model weights has been made.

The model weights are licensed under the CreativeML Open RAIL-M License, which permits use, reproduction, and redistribution subject to the Attachment A use restrictions, including prohibitions on generating harmful, deceptive, or illegal content. The App's use of the model is subject to and compliant with those restrictions.

2. Qwen2.5
Qwen2.5 is a series of large language models developed and released by Alibaba Cloud Intelligence (Alibaba Cloud Computing Co., Ltd.) under the Qwen Team. The App incorporates Qwen2.5 model weights to perform on-device natural language understanding for prompt processing. The weights are used in their original, unmodified form.

Hugging Face, Inc. operates the model hub at huggingface.co, from which the model weights incorporated in the App were obtained. The model weights distributed via Hugging Face are subject to their respective upstream licenses as specified by each model's repository. The App obtains and uses these weights solely in accordance with the applicable license terms, including the CreativeML Open RAIL-M License governing Stable Diffusion weights hosted on the platform.
