Short version: Use the App for personal, lawful purposes. Don't reverse-engineer or redistribute it. All image generation happens on your device — you own what you create.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the AI Offline Image mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App.

2. About the App

AI Offline Image is a mobile application developed by AI Offline Image that allows you to generate images using artificial intelligence models running entirely on your device. No internet connection is required for image generation.

AI Offline Image grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

Images you generate using the App are created and stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership of the images you create. AI Offline Image does not access, collect, or claim any rights over your generated content.

You are solely responsible for how you use and share the images you create. You agree not to use the App to generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringes the rights of others.

The App may offer optional paid features via Google Play Billing. All purchases are processed by Google and are subject to Google Play Terms of Service. AI Offline Image does not handle payment information directly.

Purchases are generally non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policies.

The App, including its design, code, trademarks, and all content provided by AI Offline Image, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of AI Offline Image's intellectual property to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AI Offline Image does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. AI-generated images may be unpredictable — we make no guarantees about the quality or accuracy of generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AI Offline Image shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if AI Offline Image has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of them. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your device. AI Offline Image may also suspend or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will provide notice through the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
