This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how AI Offline Image ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the AI Offline Image mobile application (the "App"). Please read this Policy carefully. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the practices described herein.

1. Definitions

App

The AI Offline Image mobile application developed and published by AI Offline Image.

Personal Data

Any information that identifies or can be used to identify a natural person, directly or indirectly.

Usage Data

Data collected automatically from your use of the App, such as crash reports and anonymous analytics events.

On-Device Processing

Computation performed entirely within your device's local hardware, without transmitting data to any external server.

Third-Party Service

Any external platform or service provider integrated into the App, operating under its own terms and privacy policy.

Cookies

Small data files placed on your device by a website or service to store preferences and session information. The App itself does not use cookies; this term applies only to our web presence.

2. On-Device Processing

The core functionality of AI Offline Image — artificial intelligence image generation — operates entirely on your device using locally stored machine learning models. Your text prompts and all generated images are processed on-device and are never transmitted to our servers or to any third party.

No internet connection is required to generate images. The App may request network access solely for optional features such as checking for updates or processing in-app purchases, which are handled exclusively by Google Play.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information You Provide

The App does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. We do not collect any content you create within the App — including prompts you type or images you generate.

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, certain technical data is collected automatically by third-party services we rely on for stability and improvement:

• Crash reports and diagnostics — if the App crashes, an anonymous report including device model, OS version, and the stack trace of the error is sent to Firebase Crashlytics. This data does not include any content you created.
• Anonymous usage statistics — aggregated, non-identifiable events (e.g., which features are used, session duration) are collected by Firebase Analytics to help us understand how the App is used.
• Device identifiers — Firebase may associate data with an anonymous device identifier. This identifier cannot be used to identify you personally and is not shared with AI Offline Image directly.

3.3 Purchase Information

If you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed entirely by Google Play. AI Offline Image receives only a confirmation of the purchase (e.g., product ID and transaction status) to unlock the corresponding features. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above only for the following purposes:

• To detect, diagnose, and fix technical issues and crashes in the App
• To understand which features are most useful and improve the App over time
• To verify and restore in-app purchases across devices
• To comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not use your information for targeted advertising, behavioural profiling, or any purpose not listed above.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Information may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

5.1 Service Providers

We work with the following third-party services that process limited technical data on our behalf:

5.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, or prevent fraud.

5.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via a notice in the App before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The App itself does not use cookies. Our website (offlineimage.mindix.space) may use standard browser cookies solely for functional purposes. We do not use tracking pixels or advertising cookies on our website. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time.

7. Data Retention

We do not retain any personal data on our own servers. Crash and analytics data retained by Firebase follows Google's standard retention schedules: up to 14 months for analytics events and 90 days for crash logs. After these periods, data is automatically deleted or anonymised by Google.

Generated images and prompts exist only on your device and are deleted when you remove them or uninstall the App.

8. Data Security

Because image generation is fully on-device, your creative content is inherently protected from external access. For the limited technical data processed by Firebase, we rely on Google's industry-standard security infrastructure, including encryption in transit and at rest.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 where required by applicable law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@mindix.space and we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

10. Your Rights

10.1 EU / EEA / UK Residents (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — request deletion of your data where it is no longer necessary
• Right to restrict processing — request that we limit how we use your data
• Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interests

10.2 California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act:

• Right to know — request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you
• Right to delete — request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
• Right to opt-out — opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information.
• Right to non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights

10.3 Opt-Out of Analytics

You can limit data collection by Firebase Analytics on your device at any time through your Android advertising settings: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation. You can also reset your advertising ID from the same menu.

11. International Data Transfers

Firebase (Google LLC) is based in the United States. By using the App, you acknowledge that the limited technical data described in this Policy may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where Google operates. Google participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and implements Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure adequate protection for data transferred from the EEA.

12. Third-Party Links

The App or our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties and encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information to them.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will provide notice through the App or on this page. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
